A few years ago I read a book called The 7 Day Weekend by Ricardo Semler. In his book he paints a picture about how he has created an extremely unusual working environment – people don’t have to turn up and they don’t have targets. Yet SEMCO is one of the most successful multi disciplined service and manufacturing companies in the world. This short video goes to show the research behind the success.
